Martin McCollum

Martin is an experienced psychometrician with a background in both the private and public sector. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminology from Florida State University and a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.

Martin has worked as a psychometrician at the National Center for Construction Education and Research where he worked on testing and assesments for construction curriculum as well as developing critical competencies for jobs within the construction industry. He also has leadership and talent management experience from serving as an Operations Officer and Human Resources Officer in the Army Reserves.

Martin is passionate about utilizing personality assessments to improve talent management practices and create better working environments. He has expertise in administering and interpreting assessments, implementing training programs, and designing performance management systems.
