Job Description: As the Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and client acquisition. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. In this role, the sales consultant is expected to be knowledgeable about the products or services they are selling and be able to effectively communicate the benefits to the customer.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

• Developing and managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets

• Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales materials and campaigns

• Representing the company at industry events and conferences

• Providing regular reporting on sales activities and results

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, psychology, or a related field

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B consulting environment

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of industrial-organizational psychology and related fields is a plus
